Great family stay

I traveled to Waltham with a teenager and older family members for an unfortunate and sad occasion (funeral) and this home was a perfect location & comfortable setting for us over the weekend.

Terrible Experience

Owner cancelled stay only a few weeks before visit due to construction in the area. I told him that it would not be a problem for us to work around. I also told him that this put us in a real bad situation due to the lack of properties available with short notice before our trip. I tried to explain that the road construction would not close the area off to home owners for long periods of time and that what ever work was being done should be complete well before our stay. This whole experience was very bad and I would never rent from this person again.

Graduation Stay Near Boston

Unfortunately the neighborhood was in total upheaval with very disruptive road work. We had a difficult time getting in and out of the driveway with work trucks being parked in front of the house and work day beginning at 8am. The house itself is being updated between rentals with new paint and fixtures. However there were no kitchens towels to use and the bathroom towels are in desperate need to be replaced. Positive note there is plenty of utensils in the kitchen and all the appliances worked great! If it wasn't for all the traffic this place would be ideal being so close to Boston and other wonderful attractions in the area.

Marathon Weekend

We stayed here for the Boston Marathon weekend and the house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for 5 adults and a toddler. The open floor plan between the kitchen, family room, and dining room was great for letting our toddler roam around while still being able to keep an eye on him. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is Great, being less than a 30 drive to downtown Boston, with other public transit options just a short drive from the house.

Great place for the holidays with family

This was an excellent stay for the holidays with family. We decorated the big open common spaces and baked cookies with the kids. The showers have good water pressure, and the beds were comfortable. I would love more towels and warmer blankets, but that is my only tiny critique and is a quick fix! Thank you so much for giving us to land that felt like home over xmas.
