Duplex apartment (1./2. Floor) with approx. 65 m² living space for max. 5 persons: On the lower level there is the living room with sofa and dining table for 5 persons, a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), the fully equipped kitchenette (stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, contact grill, sandwich maker, waffle iron , Fridge with freezer and dishwasher) and the bathroom with bath and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, in which there is a room with three further beds (2 single beds á 0.90m x 2m and 1 queen bed 1.40 m x 2m). A desk and a second TV with DVD complete the offer. Sufficient storage space is in the z. T. walk-in closets available.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be provided for a fee by the landlord.

The duplex apartment "Bachläufer" is located in the 1st and 2nd First floor of a multi-party house located in a quiet side street.   You enter the apartment through the open kitchen, which is equipped with plenty of dishes (also for children) and glasses, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, contact grill, sandwich maker, waffle maker, fridge freezer and dishwasher.   A generous light-filled living room with dining area for 5 persons, flat screen TV and DVD player is the heart of the apartment. From here you have access to the balcony facing the sea, where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast or you can end the perfect holiday.   The bedroom on this level offers you a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and plenty of storage space in a small walk-in closet. Furthermore, this room has its own south-west facing balcony.   The bathroom with natural light has next to the toilet and sink a bathtub with rain shower head and a small closet for your bath utensils. A hair dryer is here for you.   A wooden staircase leads to the bright upper floor, in which there is a room with three further beds (2 single beds á 0.90m x 2m and 1 queen bed 1.40 m x 2m).   A desk and a second TV with DVD complete the offer. Again, you have ample storage space in a walk-in closet and a normal wardrobe.    For younger guests, a kick, a high chair and a cot are available at no extra charge.   Numerous indoor and outdoor games, books, Wi-Fi, DVDs and painting utensils will not leave you bored even in bad weather.

There is a shed where you can store bicycles.
