I already did this. The room was horrible. They said that through Expedia I asked for a room that allows animals, and this dungeon of a room was the only room they could give us. I certainly did not have an animal and even an animal would be very uncomfortable in that room!

The lobby smelled like a smokers house. The guy upfront wasn’t friendly and very awkward and short worded. The ice machines didn’t work. The screens on each said ice machine is off. Our room smelled old and musty. The carpet was black and stinky.

The pictures shown are not what the property is actually, seriously catfished on this one. Sent two staff to this hotel and their description was a mix between a motel 6 and a Econolodge. Good location but run down and definitely a bottom end property.

This property had a lot of illegal activity outside, which was very scary. There were cockroaches in my room and I left early due to the dog and cat urine smell in the carpet. I spent over $650 on a two day stay that was a waste of money, do not go to this place!!!!

This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time. The gentleman at the front (I forgot his name but he mentioned being from AZ) was very friendly. Our hotel wasn’t the cleanest. There was newly chewed gum on the floor next to one of the bedroom doors and the tub was dirty. We requested more towels, so they brought them while we were gone (perfectly fine with us); however, they didn't close our door all the way. We called about it, and we were told it would be escalated to the manager, but we never heard back. The hotel has self-service laundry but they were out of detergent up front. I don’t think we will be returning.

Great hotel but disappointed about breakfast!!!

We really like the location, the room was great , the swimming pool and jacuzzi were great also , I've really enjoyed the gym and the staff was very friendly but the only thing that was very disappointing was the breakfast :( , the machine that dispensed orange juice was broken , coffee was good and eggs tasted somewhat real eggs but everything else was very basic and no pancakes or waffles , so if your intentions are to enjoyed a very basic and cheap breakfast then this is your place otherwise don't stress about it and enjoy everything else like the pool , jacuzzi and the gym and go somewhere else for breakfast unless you're on a budget so this should be ok for you .

Room was very noisy with loud a/c and plumbing noises all night. Couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Would ask that Best Western place a note on bathroom wall explaining how to turn shower on. Interesting fixtures. Worst coffee in our room and no better at breakfast! Lucinda the sweet older gal taking care of breakfast room was working like Mighty Mouse! We were not happy, as there was no tea, milk, juice, or yogurt and very limited items, because “delivery did not arrive”. Manager should have been in there to explain things and assist!! This was a disappointing stay for us.
