Newport Beach is just across the street and a short walk. They provide towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach visit. A few restaurant right next to the place and a lot more within 20 min walking distance.

We stayed in a big rpom with 3 queens and a twin Worked perfect for our group! Large room with table snd chairs, microwave and frig. Convenient and safe. Helpful staff. Room was a little cold as we didn't know how to work the thermostat.

Not so great

The photos on line make this hotel look a lot nicer than it actually is. The rooms are small and dated. The customer service wasn’t great. The lady at the desk asked if I wanted to schedule housekeeping tge following day, Tgey never cleaned the room. Was only given 1 roll of toilet paper. The parking is virtually impossible.
