NICE STAY

I CAME INTO CHICAGO TO GO TO A CONCERT. THE ROOM I CHOSE HAD A HOT TUB AND I ENJOYED RELAXING IN THE TUB. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS WITH A KING SIDE BED, A TABLE TO EAT ON AND A COUCH TO SIT ON AND WATCH TV. IT WAS CLEAN. I WOULD CHOOSE THIS INN AGAIN. THE HISPANIC LADY WAS NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I wasn't sure what to expect, but our motel room was clean and a quiet place to sleep. The shower was clean and there was a mini fridge. We had a small table with two chairs and a nice TV. The pool is large and well-kept. We had an easy time finding parking in the back lot when we came back at 1:30 a.m. Saturday daytime traffic was a mess but that's not the motel's fault. We would return as staff was extremely respectful and friendly.

There were stains on the towels, a large crack in the window, the door didn't lock, and there was construction in the adjacent room. Overall, a very poor experience, and I would not recommend anybody stay here.

I think this hotel was perfect for how much it costs. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. It is very close to the Metra as well.

We got the king suite which has a jacuzzi tub. It was very very nice!! The staff are very friendly and helpful The area is ok with some good dining options within an easy short walk The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and not stained Powerful and quiet AC The only reasons I am not giving it full marks: Nowhere to hang clothes, no iron, no hairdrier, no bathroom floor mat and only 2 thin small-ish towels. When you have a jacuzzi tub and 2 people you need more than 2 thin towels and you definitely need something on the tiled floor to keep from slipping and cutting your foot on the corner of the tub step!!

This was by far one of the worst places I’ve stayed in. The rooms did not have supplies such as towels or blankets. Ceiling was falling apart. Lock was broken. Card reader for the rooms didn’t work sometimes and had to be forced open. There was hair all over the shower wall prior to us being there. And when you did shower the one sheet that covered it did absolutely nothing so the toilet would get completely wet. Would highly not recommend.

Rundown, sketchy part of town.

Lobby door was locked, so first red flag. No closet in the room, nowhere to hang business attire. No tub, which was odd. There was a huge gap under the door, any kind of bug would easily get in, thankfully we didnt see any. No bath mat and towels were the size of a large tea towel. Good news, they had facecloths!! (Not sure when face cloths became optional for hotels, we've stayed in several that don't have them) Very noisy, people yelling all night. Sketchy part of town. Pool looked nice, but we didnt use it. Only real positive is that there were some good authentic international restaurants, we had Serbian food for the first time, and we didnt have to pay $58 for parking like we did the night before downtown. Overall the place definitely needs updating and it wasn't worth the rate we paid.

Been here multiple times never had a issue until now and won’t come back me and my family stayed there was only two towels I needed another one for my son went to ask for a towel the lady at the front desk had a attitude about it . Went into the pool area and got told to leave my son was being too loud mind you no one the pool besides my family was told breakfast was at 630 took my son and all they had was coffee had to take a shower and there was hair all in the shower and a cigarette bud the sheets had cigarette stains ask to check into another room but we already checked in she said I ask for new sheets never received them so had to go to Walmart to get some came back my key card is wasn’t working took over a hr to get a new one
