The Park Place house is a one-bedroom/one-bath 1000 sq. ft. 1870’s Italianate house in the heart of Ithaca—your home away from home. The bedroom features a queen memory foam bed fit for two and the unit comes stocked with a high-quality queen air mattress that can sleep an additional two people. As an added bonus, the full-size couch is quite comfortable and can accommodate one more person. Centrally located, the house is the perfect spot to engage and explore.

Great getaway weekend!

The apartment was everything as described. It was conveniently located, spotless clean and very comfortable. Had a great time hiking and seeing as many Ithaca waterfalls as possible, but need to return to see more. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect retreat in Ithaca!

Park Place made for a perfect home stay in Ithaca. The space is beautifully decorated and impeccably cleaned. It was a nice walk from the Commons and Cass Park (+ Purity Ice Cream!) on a quiet street. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Not good when hot, but otherwise very good

We stayed a week in August when Ithaca was hot and humid. During such a week, the apartment can be uncomfortable. The apartment has a single window air-conditioner in the bedroom which means when you sleep you need to choose between hot/quiet nights or cool/noisy nights. Because the air conditioner is a window unit, the bedroom window can't be opened to let in cooler night air. I would suggest the owner install one of the modern mini split air conditioners which would free up the window and is also very quiet when running. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is quiet and a good location. Everything was neat and tidy.

Wow! What a fabulous combination of super clean, amazingly comfortable and perfectly convenient to Cornell Univ, restaurants, shops and more. Stylish getaway

This apartment in a restored Victorian was the perfect place to unwind after attending a conference at Cornell. A short drive to campus and walkable to area amenities and town, easy parking, comfortable bed, useful kitchen, all with stylish decor and spacious for rooms for a weekend for one or two. I would recommended to friends and hope to return. Owners are polite, attentive and thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Location

Great location, easily walkable to downtown and Cayuga Lake area alike. Lots to do within a short drive. Apartment was tastefully decorated, kitchen well supplied, and bed was comfortable. We hit some unseasonably warm weather and the window AC units had a hard time keeping up, but other than that our stay was great!
