Close to restaurants, shops, and YLW is only a 12 minute drive away! It is also wheelchair accessible.

This property was recently purchased in October and has been transformed with with new appliances, fresh paint, and many extras. For events, we have a summer kitchen and a bathroom with a shower in the garage that is accessible from backyard.

You'll find our farmhouse very comfortable with high quality beds, linens, & plenty of towels. Leather furniture in family room and formal living room and both rooms has gas fireplaces. Formal dining room has seating for eight and the kitchen table seats 8 as well.

The property is surrounded by lilacs which bloom from May to June. A spectacular setting for a wedding or gathering with the multicoloured blooms and the incredible scent. As the huge tress in the back fill out in late spring, they provide a beautiful canopy to provide ambiance and shade. This area is perfect for a ceremony and reception. Preference goes to smaller weddings but we can accommodate up to eighty comfortably.
