Fantastic place - right in the heart of everything and an underground station right next door. The breakfast was an excellent way to start your day. Their happy hour was also fun. Nothing but good things to say!

Hub by Premier Inn London Hotel

This was the best Hotel I stayed during this time trips (maybe for the whole Hotel in Europe). The service was excellent. They provided yummy breakfast and coffee (tea, latte etc) for 24 hours. Clean, modern, close to all attractions (Westminster Abbey was just less than 4 minutes by walking!). Love it!

Great place to stay

The Hub was a great place to stay for my solo travels. It was a safe area during the day and at night. Very close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, Thames River, Buckingham Palace. Everything was walkable and convenient. The underground station was a 4 minute walk.

My boyfriend and I are from Chicago and stayed here in London for 3 nights. It was perfect for what we wanted! We were rarely in the room and explored all London has to offer. This hotel is extremely close to Elizabeth Tower, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Additionally, it’s conveniently located right by the Saint Jame’s Park and Westminster Abbey tube stops, as well as a 15 minute walk to the Victoria tube stop. We loved being able to get on the tube so easily to see places like Soho and Notting Hill. We also loved the nearby pubs. The hotel was clean and felt very safe as there were multiple places you had to scan your key to gain access. The front desk was staffed 24/7, and the bar downstairs had 24/7 free coffee and tea, and was a great place for a drink to end the night. The room and bathroom weren’t very spacious, but I feel that’s to be expected when traveling in Europe. Overall we’d stay here again and recommend to friends.

Receptionist were super nice. Helpful and friendly. Location was great. 2 blocks away from train station. You can take the train to Paddington station and transfer to Elizabeth line straight to the airport. No need for uber. We were able to walk to most places if not all places. We totally recommend this hotel. We definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind and very helpful. Location was great - within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. The hotel was quiet and the room got nice and dark, perfect for sleeping. My only complaints are they didn’t have wash cloths or conditioner and you had to press the ‘on’ button while blow drying your hair or it wouldn’t stay on. Pretty small complaints all in all.

This was the perfect spot. It was in walking distance of everything you could want or need. The staff was awesome. Very importantly for me, my stay was during a heat wave, and this hotel had AC, which is unusual in the UK. I would stay here again.

One of the BEST locations! When you select a room for Kingsize bed....it is actually Kingsize-ish....not a smaller double-bed....don't let that definition deter you!! The Staff at this place is Tremendous! They try their hardest to do their job for You. Just have a little patience. The breakfast is worth it and they have 2 automatic coffee machines!! Rooms need another seat and more shelves or luggage props PLEASE. Donate some Euros for that bottled water too for Charity!! MDB p.s. Andrea and Laman and 1 other lady are the BEST : )

This was our first time in London and I will say. That this location was superb. You can walk to so many sightseeing spots. The room, albeit small, was cleverly designed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable except we thought the sheets were not. They were very hot, but overall an excellent hotel.
