Excellent stay for two people! Love the location and proximity to the tube. You're nestled right in the heart of lots of tourist attractions. Free coffee, and tea every morning was a must. Staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The room was tight, but if you're planning to be out and about it's just a place to keep your stuff and sleep. 10/10

We really enjoyed the breakfast! It is interesting how we have the same foods, but they taste different. Staff is friendly and helped us get ice! Rooms are small, but adequate. Safe. Ask for extra pillows!

Rooms were small but had what you need. Close to many of the Westminster sites. Westminster Abbey was literally at the end of the street. Inexpensive full breakfast and great happy hour.

Location is great with easy access to a lot of London landmarks. The storage smarts and controls in the room where really good and made the most of what we had, Breakfast was also nice and they were happy to help my wife who is a coeliac.

Property was clean however there was no phone in case of emergency you have to ask for towels , toilet paper. These are items that should always be there. Most staff try to help you but they don’t really understand what you need and are difficult to understand.

Amazing location central to everything. We had a small room but functional. Excellent breakfast and staff. Resto bar open to hang out and complementary tea and coffee all day. Perfect for 5 night stay. We would go back!
