DON'T STAY HERE!!! They lied to us about early check in. Our first room smelled like smoke. They moved us to a cleaner room but it was near a mechanical pump was running and was super loud so I couldn't sleep. They refuse any refunds even if it is their fault or negligence. Their tap water is cloudy and smells like chlorine. They don't have extra pillows for guests. Maintenance is slow. We had a clogged toilet and they didn't come up to look at it before we checked out. Their app charges $20 for late checkout but the front desk will cancel the request and charge you $30. They require a $100 refundable deposit they don't tell you about until you get there. This hotel has thin walls and was incredibly noisy. People were blaring music. LOTS of kids here because they try to be kid-friendly. The front desk person isn't there in the evenings so if you have any trouble at night, you are on your own. We originally booked at the Best Western but found out that Expedia was wrong and there is were no dogs allowed there. So then we booked here at Baymont. We regret that we didn't pay more and go elsewhere. This place reminded me of a college dorm. Noise, people and kids in the hallways, no one taking complaints seriously, and nickel and diming with fees for things that are normally free.

I honestly dont know where to start. The cannabis smoke in the hallway and seeping into our room, the broken heater, falling out tile grout or black mold taking over the bathroom. We spent minimal time in the room and did not notice the mold until our last day. General Manager Eric Scott refused to offer any remedy or even respond to emails.

We paid for our room through Expedia, but when we arrived after driving in hazardous conditions, we were told there was no room and the payment was declined. This was not true. I pulled up a copy of the receipt, itinerary number and reservation number for the staff at Baymont. They were not helpful or customer friendly so I called Expedia. Expedia ended up transferring our room to another hotel due to the staff not answering their phone call so this issue could be resolved. On a side note, I waited over 20 minutes for staff to present to the front check in counter upon arriving to this establishment.

Was better than expected given some of the bad recent reviews, as for me and my family we had a great time, the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the room was pretty decent and the kids loved the breakfast selection.

Hallway smelled like pot, conditioner was out of pumpable conditioner, had to get out of shower and get more from front desk. Breakfast had scrambeled eggs and "Chili" for breakfast. What happened to normal breakfast meats?

We checked in on a Tuesday afternoon the young man at the front desk was professional. Room was nice, bed had new sheets, all towels looked new as well. Heater worked fine too. Asked at front desk to have our room cleaned 3 times on the 3 day, on the 4th day we asked the house cleaning people on our floor to clean out room. They did a good job. This hotel also helps out local with people that are in need a room for the night......

We always stay at the Baymont GH when we're in town a handful of times a year. Great place for the price. Clean, comfortable, everyone is always friendly. My only picky criticism is that the rooms are pretty dark. Dark furniture, low lighting. But good for sleeping. :)
