Our Mothers Day Weekend Away

This house is beautiful and so big ! Wen never even used the third floor .. beds are super comfy and parking was great .. only issue was there was gun shots last night and then tons of police and fire . But had nothing to do with the rental !!!

Perfect

This is by far one of the best property's we've stayed at. Location is awesome in trendy East Nashville. Accessible to hightyway, shops and great restaurants. You can even walk across the street and grab a coffee, draft or shop vintage. The decor is fantastic. It is not over the top gaudy like a lot of the Nashville designs I've seen. I love how the patio is connected to the top bedroom rather than roof top and another flight of stairs. Yes there are many stairs, 3 floors however you should know that going in! A lot of the property's in Nashville have the same situation it's what adds to the ambience. I happen to love it. Parking is another plus, I mostly was able to park right out front at the curb but it is also convenient to park out back with access to the back door to main floor and same code makes it super convenient to remember just one code. Plenty of towels on each floor, bedding is very cozy and new. The property is very clean, very comfortable, large windows bring in light but they also have blinds on every window throughout which I also like to close at night. Communication is super easy with management and very responsive. I had no issues and recommend this property 100%. I will try to book it again for next year's event.

Family getaway

This rental was a great place for my family and our dog to spend a couple days in Nashville. It was our first time to the city, so we were unsure of where to stay. But we were able to get into the city within 15 minutes . Townhouse was clean and comfy with plenty of room.

Fun in Nashville

The Dogwood house is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time. My grandson loved having the top floor to himself. The only thing I could suggest is a gas grill, we couldn't find charcoal in stores, probably because it's March.

Quick trip to Nashville

Myself and 5 others all stayed together at this location. The place is super clean and updated. Not far from nashville. Slept the 6 of us very comfortably with room for others if needed. Front door jam does need to be addressed though the locking mechanism could very easily be broken into due to the jam being damage where the lock insterts. Overall highly recommended this place!

Great except for few details

Enjoyed the home a lot. Needed rugs on top of cement floor in living room area. Dining room table needs to be replace and bench has loose leg. Pots and pans were not clean. Need to let future guests know that stairs are much taller than regular stairs. Bedrooms, beds and linen are wonderful. Overall great but could not give you 5 because of things mentioned above.

Absolutely beautiful and so clean.

Great hosts! We had our family and some extended family with us, totaling 10 people. Perfect amount of rooms and beds with space for more. Tons of storage in the kitchen. Nice large walk-in closet in the master bath (almost missed it because it was behind the bathroom door lol). Staff was extremely fast with all communication and questions. Be ready for lots of stairs if you are staying on the top floor. We were noticing this about most short term rentals in Nashville. Lots of space but many flights to journey! If we come to Nashville in the future, this will be a repeat rental for us FOR SURE!

This house worked great for our family (adult children). The house was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, etc.Great location. Lyft XL rides were only 14 to get downtown (less than 10 for regular-sized car). A lot of services near the house.Awesome VRBO stay!

Best Experience in East Nash

We've stayed at several properties in East Nashville, and this was the best. The condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and parking was a breeze. Check in/out was seamless. It was too cold/wet for us to enjoy the rooftop deck, but I'm sure it's a great spot to hang when the weather cooperates. Bonus: it's also less than a five minute walk to our favorite coffee spot, Elegy East on Gallatin.

Great location

Great house, with a nice location, a quick drive downtown. Very spacious kitchen, could have used a few more pots/pans and better serving/cooking utensils. But really that is my only complaint but I would imagine most people are eating out and not staying in to cook. I would stay again if I were in need of a house in Nashville.

This was a great stay with all the amenities we needed. The Host was very responsive and the place was very clean. Also, all of the beds were super comfy with nice bathrooms too. Happy 50th !

My sister was turning 50. We all flew in to celebrate her big day. The house was perfect for all of us. We were close enough to go to Broadway, Grand Ole Opry and walking distance to local bars and restaurants. I would stay at this place again!!
