I’m at this hotel every week and it’s the best deal in town. Very friendly staff, breakfast has a pretty good variety and it’s very quiet. It’s in a good area as well. Plenty of restaurants and Walmart, if you forget something, is right down the road.

The 1st room we were assigned the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The curtains were hanging from the rod. It was bad! They put us in another room where the air worked great, but the bathroom was horrible. You couldn’t let the water run out the spout to check water temp. It only came out the shower head. There was rust in the tub. They need to upgrade the property. On the plus side, the breakfast was great. The front desk staff was accommodating and and friendly.

I checked in around 11:30 pm and was exhausted from traveling. The night manager was nice and professional. When i opened the door to my room there was a very strong smell. I thought maybe it was the cleaning product and that the room had been sealed all day. Ewww but fine. I woke up a little before 4 am and turned on my side. The smell was deep in the pillow, too. I'm in my 60's so i didn't recognize the smell til then. It was marijuana. I could taste it and had been breathing it and sleeping in it. Still so thick but not fresh. I packed my things which now wreaked as well... went to the same night manager. He was adamant that the room had been cleaned. I asked if i could move to a different room. He said the books were closed for the night and there were no other rooms. Nothing he could do for me. He said i should've told him as soon as i entered my room. So now I'm sitting in my car thinking i could go to Walmart for fresh clothes at 6am... but where can i shower and change. My hair smells, too. Not sure what my options are at this point. I'll try the hotel next door here at now 4:09 am.

A little older, but a good, budget-friendly option

This Comfort Suites was an older location which was a little rough around the edges. The shower pressure wasn't nearly strong enough. All that being said however, the free breakfast was excellent, better than more expensive hotels we've stayed at, and the breakfast staff replaced the servings regularly, which was great! Also, the beds were comfortable. So all in all, if you can look past the older appearance and don't mind a weaker shower stall, this is a very budget friendly option for your family.

Severely DECEIVING. Place is a hazard.

The photos online were not the same as the location. None of it. The building does not even remotely appear to be the same. It has broken and missing parts in the ac units on the outside of the building. There is rust lines just coming down oozing off the walls on the outside. The parking lot was in terrible need of repair. But the inside, OMG the inside.. reeks of mold and mildew. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, the room options that I was shown? Yeah, both rooms had broken furniture. The walls were ALL scuffed, pieces of drywall were just poked out like actual holes in the wall and not to mention the water damage visible. This place was actually seriously so bad that I couldn’t stay here. That tour, was one of what nightmares are created from. Save your money and stay elsewhere please. I immediately asked for a refund, and was told that it’ll have to wait until morning because the “management” was the there at 10 am the next day. Again, I refused stayed here due to the health hazard and awful / terrible conditions of the property. The worker of the front desk said that they did not have access to “third party” stuff to approve my cancellation. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had booking any place.

Not a good hotel to stay.

I love staying at confort inn but this particular hotel was old, kind of dirty, and even saw one cockroach in my room . Never staying in this particular hotel again. I am very sorry for this review but I must be honest.
