This place is so beat down! Bugs in the room constant stench of weed in the room! Stuff on the sheets and walls and even the ceiling!!

This is an old Econolodge Hotel with a small banner Hotel Avenida. Breakfast was a water down coffee and few bananas. The room needed fresh paint....... I will never come back

Although this place is only a 2 star, it’s not a bad place to just sleep and to shower. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. This was a last minute reservation I made during memorial weekend (2025) and I gotta say I was pleased for the good rate that I got for two rooms. $320 total …. Not bad at all!

First of all i want to say, the manager on staff was nice! My issues were the surroundings of the hotel and the strong scent of cleaning products once you entered the room. FYI the breakfast they serve is a kirkland granola bar with apples and oranges. My family will not be returning to this property. There was so many homeless people out at night that it definitely wasnt safe. My husband had to put a chair that was in the room in front of our room door just to feel safe. We travled with our 2 children, worst experience

When I arrived at the property I realized that there was no electricity in the hotel and the attendant at the front desk was very rude. He demanded that I pay in cash for my stay. My mom and I ended up leaving and had to seek accommodations elsewhere.

This is a budget hotel but that does not mean it should not be kept clean or kept in good condition. The room, while they cleaned it before our arrival, it was not done well. Floors were still somewhat dirty. Our matters was old, saggy Not very comfortable at all. They said they offered to go breakfast but it was just coffee. Nothing wrong with that, just disclose it upfront.

This hotel needs to display the rightful signage. The sign fully views ECONO Lodge. When asked, desk clerk states they are working on it but OYO is who needs to be called for issues. When management decides how to move forward ECONO lodge can be a good 3 star hotel.
