I had a pleasant one-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was convenient and enjoyable. I would stay here again

The hotel was a pleasant stay and very clean. There was the usual wear and tear you’d expect in any house or building, but nothing bad at all. The staff was nice, and the front office helped me right away when I forgot my key very professional. It was a great first hotel experience and I would definitely stay again. It’s not far from the Oceanside Transit Center and nearby plazas. The rooms were comfortable and the entertainment options were great.

OYO Avenida Oceanside,CA From beginning: PARI KOLLI- Front Desk I pulled up, the front desk woman( PARI KOLLI is her name!) locked the lobby AS I WAS PARKED IN FRONT to check in. I right away explained to her that I already do not feel comfortable staying here as a very young girl and completely out of place. -woman’s intuition was exactly that. She said okay, how about you head to your room, I’ll give you (Haha) 30 minutes and if you do not feel safe please call me and I will accommodate you. -Unsafe -Odd noises -Loud sketchy people -Drug devices outside -The room: Absolutely UNSANITARY for a human being. I knew I wouldn’t, but still went. Tried to call (hotel phone has no option for front desk,) so I called their number online and got sent to Operations every time. Arman (operator) and I tried to call her 6+ times. Absolutely absurd & unprofessional. Well, as we called multiple times. (All on file as well) No answer all night. A different employee I got sent to said verbatim “oh sorry well if they aren’t answering I don’t know what to tell you… etc. (All names, recordings on my end applicable also.) I kept trying and trying to get ahold of anyone, as I felt unsafe leaving my room. Hearing noises, junkies, scary things and not to mention how absolutely UNSANITARY this property is. (All images provided.) - NO communication from a young girl who is ALONE. - I did not sleep, too frightened & uncomfortable. -Felt STUCK.

Upon arrival I checked in as normal. When I got to the room I didn't inspection before I brought my things in. The moment I walked in there was a roach that crawled from underneath the refrigerator to underneath the bed. I immediately called the front desk. She said she would be there soon to inspect. I showed her where I saw the roach and she completely ignored me, walked straight to the restroom and walked right out of the room. She told me to meet her at the front desk so I drove around by the time I got there I decided not to stay.. I checked out letting her know I was not interested in being moved. Because I prepaid for the room and paid the deposit upon my arrival I was expecting a refund. The front desk wanted to argue but I left. I have yet to receive my money back. When I called their customer service they said I did not show up which was a completely lie. Will never stay at this hotel and I recommend everyone to stay clear.
