Worn out and overpriced

Pictures look better than reality. While the room had a bathroom remodel, the room was worn out and small. The location looks unsafe and adjacent to a casino and closed down restaurant.

This hotel was horrible. Very dirty. Food on the floor. Dirty under the bed and found a sock. Super tiny room. Right next to freeway and gas station. Across from an abandoned building that had boarded up windows. Bad area with homeless

The pictures and name were deceiving. The sign says Econo Lodge and the hotel was basically an Econo Lodge not a "Boutique Hotel". It is the same as Motel 6 or lower.

You stole from me

I don't know if it was your deceptive price listing or the innkeeper gouging me for more money on my arrival but the entire experience with your company and the hotel was a complete disaster. The price you quoted me was half what i was forced to pay. My itinerary number and confirmation email disappeared and i had no way of contacting you to cancel my reservation. The hotels credit card scanner didnt work and i was forced to use an atm to get cash that charged me an additional dollar fee to rent my rooms along with doubling the cost. The room had not actually been cleaned with used towels and shampoos left in the shower. The television didnt work properly . A sewer smell rose up out of the shower when i used it after I CLEANED IT. So either you set me up to be ripped off by the hotel or you ripped me off yourselves. Maybe you think this is how to do business but i will never use your services again and fully intend to blast this unfortunate situation on every media outlet.

Card reader machine was down, at 1 am in the not best part of town just myself and my 2 daughters the property wanted me to pull 800$ out of an ATM “conveniently” located on the property??? When the hotel accepts cash instead of card for the stay they don’t have to pay any service related charges to third parties such as Expedia. The breakfast provided was not much of a breakfast- granola bar, fruit and 2 types of cereal, neither of which my daughter would touch, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, when a vending machine took a five dollar bill for 1 coke and I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk he said simply said sorry we don’t own the machine. Finally the room was clean enough and was cleaned daily but there were blood stains on the ceiling above the beds that I noticed on our second night. The pool was definitely the seller at this place.

Absolute perfect spot to freeway and BEACH without any confusion what so ever. Front desk staff super nice. Housekeeping was absolutely on top of things! Never had to ask them to do anything ❤️ even swept the sand off floor daily. Wiped down inside of refrigerator too 🤗 can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you

Not a place to stay.

The first thing was the credit card reader not operating, and then directing people outside to an atm. When i then checked in, i was told there would be $100 deposit. I wasn't paying cash, and i wasn't using a stand alone atm. They waived it in my case, but I'm not sure that was a legit charge. Second, upon entering my room i noticed that the floor tiles were broke right in front of the bed. The shower curtain in the handicap accessible bathroom was too short, causing water to run into the floor three feet out from the shower, making the floor unsafe. Third, the cost of a night in this MOTEL was unfortunately greater than the actual value of the amenities. Fourth, i cut my visit short, and they were out of rooms. As i checked out early, they certainly could've offered a refund for the night, but none was.
