Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Disgusting - checked out after one night! Gross!

We checked out after one night. This hotel was the most deplorable accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I tried to contact Hotels.com with no luck. Unacceptable level of cleanliness, from black mould to food splatters in the kitchen, a chocking odour through the apartment and a build up of dirt and cobwebs. This property should not be on your website
