The only good thing about this place is location but besides the bed being comfortable, everything else was terrible. The check-in guy was not friendly at all, the room had a bit of a musty odor. Everything is so old and worn out. And to top it all, there was a crawling roach in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend it either.

Spacious and comfortable

The room and bath were large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location was convenient to restaurants.

I booked a room online for 2 queen beds. Checked in, showed my print out and I believe we were in room 115. Opened the door and there was one king bed. I go back to the office and explained and he asked so you want a handicapped room? I said no, we want a standard room with 2 queen beds on the ground floor which is what I booked. He said, things happen. We did not want room service so I placed the magnetic card on the outside of the door and the next morning, I gathered our towels and took them to the office and asked for more. The same clerk said, everyone gets room service each day and I explained we did not want room service only clean towels. He pointed his finger to the desk indicating to lay our towels there so I did. I also asked that someone come and unclog the tub drain because there was standing water in the tub. He made a note of the clog. When we came in that evening, the tub was still clogged and there had been no room service even though, each room gets room service. I go back to the front office and explained to another clerk and he pulled the charts and said, your order is here but never was carried out. I said, we have no clean towels even though I was told, every room gets cleaned whether we request it or not. He said, I will have this taken care of in a few minutes. He came quickly, unclogged the drain and brought clean towels. Our room was not cleaned because the card indicated no maid service even though it's a daily service.

This place was wonderful, clean, and staff was so respectful. Property needs updating and bathroom was small but will definitely revisit next time i stay there.

AC unit in unit #204 was loud. Bathroom exhaust fan in unit #205 was extremely loud. Fan is not separate from light so fan could not be turned off without turning off the light.

The room was clean and comfortable. We needed a place to stay one night after spending the day at Dollywood. It was conveniently located. We did however, pick the wrong weekend to come to Pigeon Forge. There was a car show going on. It was extremely crowded with cars Revving their engines and cars back firing. Since, we were on the strip where they all were, it made it hard to sleep that night. But, that is on us.

The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!

I wanted the room on the second floor so I can watch traffic on the parkway. They said they were all booked, I was there for Seven Nights they were never totally booked. My room was behind a dumpster enclosure where I couldn't see anything, a very noisy ice machine about 5 ft from my door. Very busy! Won't be returning to this hotel.
