Check in was fine. Desk clerk was friendly. Room was partially renovated but was still in need of some work. No real lock on door to next room. Holes in bathroom wall where a bar was removed. Fan in bathroom made a terrible loud noise.

Great place to stay for the price

This is a great old style motor lodge. Easy parking. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Conveniently located on the strip in Pigeon Forge.

The front desk people are absolutely wonderful and the lady who set up the breakfast was so sweet and kind and made our morning. Just absolutely perfect. The food is great to clean rooms were awesome. I felt a very comfortable.

The only good thing about this place is location but besides the bed being comfortable, everything else was terrible. The check-in guy was not friendly at all, the room had a bit of a musty odor. Everything is so old and worn out. And to top it all, there was a crawling roach in the bathroom. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend it either.
