It looked like someone was laying on our bed before we entered and the door was ope. (Not properly locked). There were a lot of people outside of our room making noise too. Other than that it was comfortable and clean enough.

Maybe I am old school. I have a bachelor degree in hospitality business and I have worked 5 years in this industry.. I have never had such a bad experience to check in . First of all I waited about 10 minutes near a lobby, no one answered the door. It says that they opened until 10 pm then you need to call this … number . I have called no response twice… thanks I saw a staff and this guy checked me in even he was not on the clock. I want to say Thank you very much! . then no one explained directions to my room… so I kind of felt lost. After a long day work I would like to see a friendly face , who would check me in and explain me everything. I think they should have front desk at 7 pm . I did know you have to check in via text ! The room is super clean , but then the shower makes awful noises and I couldn’t watch news , because smart tv was spinning…it looked like the internet signal, not good enough for TV . I will definitely would not stay at the Hotel, there is no front desk service.
The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is clean and roomy. The hotel seems to be operated on minimum manpower. We never saw a person in the front desk, both check in and check out. We wanted to get some information, but with no person attending, we had to give up.

Definitely disappointed in the quality of the hotel and everything is an add-on charge
We showed up, there was no front desk, we called the number on the paper glued to the door. They gave us a code. When we entered the room, there was other people in the room, the beds were un made and luggage was present. The other people had not checked out. I called and they did not have another room available, thus we had to leave. I asked for a refund, and they said asked HOTELS.com
The check in process was horrible. The front office was closed before 3pm. The online system did not provide the necessary link to allow me to get access to the code for the room. I was on the phone with the reservation desk for over an hour before I was finally able to get into my room.
Super motel vibe.
The location is convenient but be prepared for freeway noise. Zero staff available for check in. You punch in a door code.
The rooms are decorated nicely and clean.
We were not informed of a scheduled power outage and left completely in the dark from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
The next day the water was shut off without notice during a shower when we were trying to get ready for a wedding.
We would not stay here again.
Do not stay here. It's nothing like the pictures. They charged me a $150 deposit on top of the $160 room rate for "incidentals" but there are no incidentals. There's no food, or gift shop so why are you holding $150? They also charged me $117 when I checked out and have no clue what it was for. OH and the hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. Seems like a huge waste of water but the guy at the front desk said to let it keep running. Won't stay here again.
