The property perfectly suited our needs for a quick weekend trip. It’s a step back in time, but renovated for modern convenience. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We’d stay here again!

The Inn on Third is an amazing place to stay. Every time I travel to St. Petersburg, I stay here. The Inn is very clean and close (walking distance) to all restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment.

Great place to stay for a solo traveler. Owners were amazing and helpful. Walking distance from shoreline restaurants as well as museums. Safe area. While you shouldn't expect the sterile 24/7 convenience of a hotel, I enjoyed the feeling of staying at a friend's house the Inn provides.
