The Front Desk person who was there when I checked in was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me try to find a charger for my work laptop. The Front Desk person who was there other mornings made me feel like I was a bother when I asked for something. Additionally, they "checked me out" of my room when I returned my keys at 2:15am, but didn't ask my name or room number. I made a point to share that information and they said I was all good. Later that morning, I got a "time to check out" text from the hotel. That was disappointing service

I did not like that the TV was so far from the bed. I did not like that the air in the gym was not at the correct temperature. Jose was great and helpful when I had to check back in to my room. Breakfast was excellent with options and besides the temperature, the gym was adequate from most gyms.
