Nice Get Away!

Danyelle at front desk was super nice! The place is a perfect spot to unwind. restaurant was fun as well. the female bartender on 2/23/25 at night made the best margarita!

We stop in Thermopolis on our way to Bozeman every few months. We always stay here and always enjoy it. Danyelle at check in is great. This is the only hotel that calks us when we book on hotels.com to welcome us before we arrive. Food in restaurant is great, beds comfortable and clean rooms!

We have stayed here many times! Our room was on the north side of the building, very loud in the mornings! Must have been a lot of workers staying there that had to get up and start their loud trucks at 6 am. Seems like the workers could stay on the outside rooms on the east side so everyone is woken up! Also we forgot our swim suits and we called to say we would be back for them. When I got back I was told I could go up to the room and get them! Seems like they could have brought them down to the front desk for us!!!

The heater in the room would alternately make the room 80 then 60, it was difficult to sleep. We saw other rooms nicely decorated, but ours looked to be in the midst of remodeling

We were not impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel! Our rooms weren’t the cleanest, there have been zero updates made in the last 30 it seemed. Our bathtub faucet would never stop running while taking a shower and would fill the tub, behind the beds were dirty. On top of that the heater in our room could never regulate to a comfortable temperature. We were excited to take advantage of the workout room and spa area, it appeared that they haven’t been cleaned in months! The spa area was literally disgustingly dirty and the workout room was a mess and also didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time.

This is such a quaint place, full of character. Sure, it’s a little out of date and the rooms are basic. But the hotel is really rustic and has a lot of history and really grew on us. The hot springs on site were amazing, and the proximity to the board walk trails was a huge plus.

While the natural hot spring fed hot tub and food in the restaurant were great, the terrible, incredibly small single beds made the stay not worth it. The small size wasnt the issue, it was definitely the quality. There was a large dip in the mattress that made for a pretty uncomfortable night.
