Great stay except for the thin walls. Hard to sleep with what sounded like people jumping/hammering above us until 1am. Other than that, very clean and great friendly service at the front desk.

Cute and friendly spot!

Hotel and room experience were great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room cleanliness and appearance was nice and appealing. Love that it provides a shuttle to the two popular spots. Even the drivers were really helpful and friendly. 15 minute walk to the plaza area, which is like your downtown area. Easier to walk to the plaza than it is to come back due to it being up hill! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and a restaurant that serves delicious food. However, housekeeping needs more training they do not do a good job. The pool is small and alway cloudy, looked dirty.

Awesome staff

The staff was awesome! We were pretty tired from diving, but our room wasn't ready yet. They made us a pool key so we could go chill there until it was ready.

The staff were all really nice. It’s super clean and all here. There’s a restaurant nearby the pool so that was convenient also. The hotel provides transportation to the dock and downtown and the hotel so be sure to bring cash to tip your drivers. I will be coming back here for sure.

This property is clean, there are staff members constantly walking around and sweeping, completing maintenance tasks. You can tell that they are diligent about keeping the property at its best. The restaurant onsite makes things so convenient, especially if you're traveling with kids. The pool is also a convenient amenity. Even after being at the beach all day, it's nice to take a swim . The shuttle offered to and from the shops and the hotel, are convenient. Overall, it was a great experience if youre looking for a quiet getaway with options.
