Wonderful place to stay for the Jazz Fest. Relaxing and quiet with a shuttle to get us where we needed to be. Great staff at the Front Desk and the onsite restaurant.

This location has more space and I think has to be more relaxing than hotels right in Avalon. Continuous shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Restaurant is separate entity from hotel and disappointing. Doesn’t open for breakfast until 8, and first morning the chef hadn’t showed up. Never went back.

Very wonderful stay. Staff and shuttle drivers were extremely friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Was about 23 mins walking from the ferry to hotel but they provide shuttles. Treated us extremely well, making us want to come back again soon. The hospitality from this hotel was great. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.

They gave the room away that I was assigned too. They had on the website ocean view and nope.. no ocean view what so ever. Paying $589 a night for a tiny elevator view is wrong and false advertising. The pool was cold. No way that was 75 degrees. The male who was front desk is extremely rude. The only people who helped and where really friendly are the drivers

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and did their best to help us get into a room early. They were top-notch. You could see all the staff on the property working hard, including in the cafe, which had great food but was severely understaffed. The transport around town was fantastic and a must-have when it's hot. The property itself needed so much repair. Many items were broken in our room, such as the safe, the desk lamp, and the cabinet door to the fridge. The bathroom had mold in the shower and smelled slightly foul. Housekeeping did not replenish toilet paper, and only made one out of two beds. The air conditioner was loud, but not powerful. And we were disappointed that it seemed that the hot tub had been removed from the pool area. At least it was very quiet at night.

Great room, food and service.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. We went to check-in before check-in time and since our room was not ready she upgraded our room and got us in right away. Room and beds were clean, comfortable and nice. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and food and service was excellent.
