Trash was never changed at the elevator from Friday until Sunday 11:30a. It already smelled horrible from some type of sewer issue that had flooded the first floor. All day they had a fan on the puddle. When we returned later Saturday they had hired a third party company. It was after 3a when that company finally turned off a generator operating machine. And the elevator looked like someone had a blow out on the base all around. Same cigarette butt was on the elevator floor from Saturday morning until checkout on Sunday. I have an older mother who complained about the toilet being so low it was like doing squats for her to use the restroom. We requested to be put in accessibility room. We switched and it was nothing accessible about the room. Toilet the same, same dirty carpet smell, but when we open the fridge it was like the smell of cat pee. We immediately asked to switch back rooms. Oh yeah and we were next to an elevator and stairs but both were not available the whole weekend. We felt like on Friday when we checked in the room hadn’t been clean (dirty walls, dirty shower with hair on wall, bathroom counter dirty). It’s black mold that you could smell and see coming from the drain but yet when we came back Saturday evening you open the shower and smelled cleaning product. Location was the only good thing about our stay. Would not recommend
