My stay was extremely pleasant. The room was super clean, very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — you can easily walk to Main Street, which makes everything very convenient. The shuttle service works perfectly, running every 15 minutes, and when you’re at the ski areas, you just need to call the driver and they arrive within a few minutes. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

The main reason we chose this hotel on expedia was because the details stated that an airport shuttle was provided. That was not the case! Very disappointed in that. Other than that, the location was good, breakfast was good (standard). Majority of the staff was helpful and pleasant.

Second time staying here. Overall, friendly staff, and good location. We had a big group of people staying in a suite, so we requested cleaning services upfront. Even so, the room was not cleaned in a couple of days so I had to go to the front desk and request cleaning services (again) on the third. The cleaning was subpar, With trash being left behind and towels left on the ground. Out here 5 days staying here and out room was only cleaned 1/5. I’ve had a fine experience in the past, however, I would go for another hotel next time.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent stay. Overall, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. However, several aspects of the room and amenities significantly impacted the experience and are worth addressing. The most challenging issue was the television setup. The TVs appear to be quite outdated and do not support streaming or AirPlay. As a result, we were unable to watch the NFL Christmas Day game or mirror content from an iPad—features that are now standard expectations for many travelers. Additionally, the internet connection was very inconsistent. Netflix was not functional, and attempts to stream content on YouTube were unsuccessful due to the spotty Wi-Fi. This made it difficult to use in-room entertainment altogether. There were also some smaller but noticeable maintenance concerns, such as the need for fresh batteries in the remote controls and the absence of a fan in the bathroom, which would greatly improve comfort. While the staff and breakfast were positives, the overall experience suggests that the property would benefit greatly from updates to the technology and room amenities to better meet modern guest expectations. Would’ve given this property five star. the thing that held me back was ventilation. We were so hot. The thermostat won’t stay below 72° even my setting was 68. It was a short stay so we didn’t call to complain because we didn’t want to move to another room too much packing to do
