The property could use some upgrades. The shower head was not clearly installed and you could see the plumbing coming out the wall. The rooms could use an overall upgrade. The lobby area is beautiful and it would be nice if the rooms resembled that. In the elevator two of the number buttons were out.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were excellent. The property is older and needs to have some repairs. Our room door was stuck and you had to force the door open or kick it open. We were in room 732.

Front desk and all staff were great. However, the parking situation for customers is ridiculous—charging almost $40 per night for parking is excessive and needs improvement. Additionally, it was very annoying to be repeatedly approached by multiple staff members pressing me to sign up for the Honors program, even when I was trying to relax. The persistence was a bit much and happened everywhere on the property. There should be a better system in place to prevent guests from being pressured or asked multiple times by different people about the same thing. As I said your staff is amazing. I travel alot to orlando. This isnt a place I would choose again. This was my 2nd time at this location.

The location is very convenient. Only things that bothered us was that complimentary water bottle has to be picked up at the front desk which usually has lines of people checking in. Ended up purchasing our own drinking water instead. Secondly the shower drain was slow-draining. By the end of your shower you are stepping on a pool of water. Also toilet doesn't flush well. Have to flush multiple times to keep the toilet decent. Overall still a good stay. Staff were nice.

The available breakfast was far too expensive! They’re definitely needs to be more options for breakfast. My daughter and I only got coffee because we could not believe how much an omelette cost. We ended up getting her coffee and breakfast next-door, which was much more reasonable and cost.

It works if you want to walk to Universal. What I didnt like was the elevators dont require a key card to access your floor. In one of the elevators, the buttons were smashed in and just looked so bad. Overall our room was ok, the bathroom light wouldnt stop flickering/flashing when on. The shower controls were broke. You had to perfectly hold the handle in the middle, if you dont it would fall and burn you. So a luke warm shower was the only option. House keeping was on point. Everytime we arrived back to our room, it would be perfectly made.

Outside pool area needed attention. Hot tub wasn’t working for the whole stay ( no heat, water was cooler than the pool) and hotel umbrella wasn’t secured in it holder and flew out into the pool on top of us. Food wasn’t available outside.
