They never put my money back on my card for the unused incidental fees that they charged me. They charged my card twice for parking fees that they said were covered in the incidental fee!! Our room smelled like old mildew and mold causing me and my children to have a horrible cough!! The room was a bit outdated to me. Will NOT and returning.

The property was very close to Universal Studios with a covered walkway to cross the Main Street and onto Universal's property. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Check-in is a little clunky. Customers ahead of me had issues about a charge and a supervisor had to help the person at the desk. I think it could have been better handled to the side and let other customers go through the easy 2-minute check in and move on.

Had an amazing time here with a few friends! Right in the heart of everything. Starbucks on the property, ice cream shop on the property, the pool was the perfect vibe with a bar. Game room, laundry room. I was looking for a hotel near Universal and got lucky with this one! Definitely coming back next year!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with many food options each morning for an additional cost. My family liked that the hotel offered a shuttle to Universal or it was appropriately 15 minute walk to Universal. The refrigerator in the room iced up when it was turned on so we were not able to use it. The parking gates for the overnight lot did not accept our room key cards so we had to call for help every time we entered and exited which was a pain. Also the room could use more outlets for a family of 4 to charge devices. The existing outlets didn’t hole the plugs.

Property was great. Ice makers weren’t working though. I checked 3 floors and went to the front desk where I was told by an agent to keep searching. Another agent next to her said I could go to the bar, I requested they bring me ice to my room instead, an older gentleman brought it with a visible attitude. Other than that I didn’t interact with the employees much but the initial check in process was probably the most enjoyable.
