Grifting resort fees and lack of amenities.

Excessive "resort" fees get tacked on after sale. Grifting you into accepting bottled water, coffee and gift certs to restaurants miles away in exchange for a deceivingly lower list price. Very small pillows. Understaffed. No fridges or microwaves. Single barely working ice machine. If you're not aware, Wrigleyville is a very loud party district. You will be hearing dance music and people screaming till well after 2am. Great location if you want to be part of that atmosphere.

Charged a random amount to my card and hotel is not willing to tell me what the charge was for. Be prepared to spend $100 + on parking. The room was okay but not worth the money I wasted here.

Great property for proximity to Wrigley field. Check in process was not smooth, one of the negative things I can say Room was great! It was fairly quiet My first recommendation would be to add small fridges to each room. My other negative are the extra fees and no explanation as to what they are for. But perfect for a quick getaway for location Also bonus would be if you could work out a parking situation somewhere nearby . Lots of communication from the staff, just wish check in process was smoother

Great room,

The check in process wasn't that easy. No one is onsite so you check in through your phone. You can bypass uploading your driver's license and still complete the check in but they will not allow you to enter or give you access until everything has been provided. Just a bummer that you could complete it leaving fields empty but yet they are necessary. The lady on the phone kept yelling/making demands and then throwing me on hold until I completed her demands. It just got frustrating. It was hard navigating on the street sidewalk after a Cubs game with the street noise, bar music, etc but our room was perfect!

Checked in and waited for text with code. Never got it and had to call in. Wifi code wasn't written down for me, and housekeeper didn't have it. Texted the customer service line and they took hours to reply w/the code. Only got the code from another guest.

It’s an easy self-check-in process, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe adding a refrigerator to the rooms (and perhaps a microwave) would definitely enhance the guest experience. The coffee corner is nice, but having a refrigerator and offering fresh milk there would make it even better. Overall, I would certainly consider booking this hotel again in the future.

Perfect Hotel for a Chicago Cubs game!

This was the perfect place to stay for a Chicago Cubs game!!! The hotel is convenient to Wrigley Field and in the middle of Wrigleyville. The location gives you unlimited food and drink options with access to local shopping within walking distance. The only draw back is trying to find decent parking. The hotel turned me on to an app called SpotHero for parking which ended up turning out to be a great app!

Nice place and convenient. No one working lobby, didn’t know I couldn’t just check in at front desk. Had to jump through hoops to get key. Called the emergency number on the inside and they hung up on me. Besides that was nice.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. The beds both had dirty bedding. No way it wasn’t noticeable just ignored. Called help number and comforter was changed. Woke up with bug in bed- just gross. Should have had entire bedding in both beds changed, but was exhausted and it was late. Should get discount credited to my next scheduled stay in September.

The hotel had no on-site staff. We had to call a phone number to get our room key and were put on hold for a long time. The room only had hand soap—shampoo and conditioner had to be picked up from downstairs. The toilet paper roll in our room was already half used. A perk was receiving three free drinks from the bar next door. A nice spot to check out is Cheesy, located right across the street.

Paying for location and not much else

Guest services day before and day of check in were unfriendly and rude. Called morning of to inquire about early check (per instructions) and was told “your room isn’t ready, call back” and they hung up on me. Properly lists that text messages can be sent but they were rarely answered. TV didn’t work which would have been nice to have some noise to drown out the noises from the bars. We definitely paid for the location and not much else. Parking is an additional expense on top of it.
