The room was very clean. The staff was great and very helpful! The restaurant was not available during my stay bur there are lots of places to eat near by. Great spot close to Millenium Park, The Nutella Store, Giordano's, Block 37 and all the other stores! It's my second time staying at this hotel and would definately stay again.

We only stayed one night and didn't spend much time at the hotel. This is an older property, but well maintained. On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were very nice. On the negaive side, the room was warm with limited temp control (but the windows opened) and the shower took almost 5 minutes to get warm. It would have been nice if there had been a sheet listing the amenities and offerings at the hotel. If breakfast was available, we never knew.

Great hotel very centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend. It’s a beautiful historic building showing a few signs of wear but clean. I would skip the bar, the taps were broken and the bar tender was rude.

No one really takes the time to write reviews unless they are getting paid or genuinely had an awesome time. This hotel is by far top 5 experiences I've had if not number 1 even. Staff are awesome, knowledgeable about the city, and friendly. Room was sparkling clean. Definitely my go to when im visiting Chicago again. Thank you for the experience!
