Shower door was very leaky, everytime we showered it would puddle on the floor. There was a drain there but it would puddle in front of the sink. And the toilet had issues the entire trip. It would not flush all the way down. We had to have maintenance come up to fix the issue twice. That said. The staff were lovely! Very friendly. The room..was a good price and served our needs. You get what pay for but even then it was good considering it was downtown in the city.

Stayed here for a Bears game. Moved rooms after first night due to my room not having hot water, second room also did not so this is a main supply issues and reported in multiple reviews. Security staff always probing you as to what you're doing walking around the hotel or hanging in the lobby... I love spending my money to stay somewhere only to get interrogated by part-time security everyone I come bacm. Only thing this hotel has going for it is distance to soldier field. 20min walk was great. Won't stay again and won't recommend.
