Very clean and comfortable stay. NO BED BUGS!!! So that was amazing. In a good area with shops and food around. Highly recommended. 10 mins away from the airport and 30 mins away fron Dallas and Fort Worth.

Not that great

First impression when we pulled up was a lot of the staff were out front smoking. Staff inside at the desk were professional and nice. The room was clean and relaxing but the bathroom was horrible, and the bed was so uncomfortable. It was also impossible to stay asleep, as the doors to the rooms slam and echo in the hallway. The doors to the rooms were weird. They were cut at the bottom and there was a good two to three inches where you can see under the door. It did not make me feel safe at all. The tub wouldnt drain in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. For the price we paid to stay two nights, i was expecting it to be a lot nicer.

This hotel needs more staff. When we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast a person at the next table said he had been waiting 30 minutes for his omelette and he had to leave in 10 minutes. Sadly, he had to leave without anything to eat. We waited more than 30 minutes only to be presented with a cold breakfast. Also, the reception desk was left unattended at times. This is a big problem at an airport hotel where people have schedules.

The ONLY reason we chose this hotel over the many other airport options is that they advertise their close proximity to the airport AND a free shuttle service from 5am to 1am. We arrived after a very long day on a delayed flight at 10:40pm and called the hotel for a shuttle. We were advised no, shuttles cut off at 10:30 and no one is available to come pick us up. Fortunately there are taxis available- at $30 on way. Don’t fall for this horrible False advertising like us- choose another hotel for your layover!!
