Room and Hotel were great, the bartender at the hotel bar needs to go, had to sit there 20 minutes while being ignored, just bad service and bad vibes the whole time. He ignored every customer that came for a drink won't be back because of that. Leon was his name I think.

I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. The thermostat easily switched between heat and A/C, and the shower was hot, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!
