The place was very clean and each of the staff I interacted with were very pleasant. Can't beat the location if you want to spend some time on the beach and the boardwalk. My only negative feedback is the bed was very low and mattress was hard.

Room was okay, but could use some improvements: more work surfaces (no counter space, not enough tables); no plugs next to the bed (wires from my plugins running across the floor to the bed); water pressure was not strong enough; room was quite clean but floor had a dusty feeling. The bed was quite good (comfortabe; slept well), and I liked that the windows opened - great ventilation! The desk clerk - Eunice -- was very helpful and friendly!

The staff were slow, its missing the simple things like a telephone, a shelf in the shower, a lamp, dishes, a smart tv. It could use a little tlc but for the most part it was worth the money. Its on the louder side but it is right on the boardwalk so its expected. Its a great location.

I booked a room at Air Venice, I selected my date, and went to pay now. The date changed on me, and I attempted to change the date to the correct one. Expedia tried several times, also with no reply. The hotel kept my money. I didn't receive any word from you. Why would your company deal with hotels with this unforgiving policy? Mistakes happen. Luckily, it wasn't for 5 days, or I would've lost so much money. You guys got paid, the hotel was paid, and the traveler is lost. I will never use Expedia again and will urge my travel blog followers to never use you. Such a terrible experience for me. Where do I leave a terrible review for Expedia?

This is nothing like the pi tures show its totally false advertisement. Place is run down with electrical sockets and wires exposed to a porta le a/c unit. The window shades were broken and dirty amd allowed passer byers to look directly i to your room even when closed. The staff were not polite and rude trying to charge additional fees for dumb stuff. Also must pay $20 to park down the street. Do not recomm this place the advertisement is totally mis leading

the room was clean the desk associate was able to get us in our room a little earlier than check in and having the room to store our luggage was a great help , the hotel is right on the beach with restaurants within walking distance
