Staff. Gave us wrong information at every turn. They also were very rude not complementary at all. This was at your tour desk and your front desk as upon our arrival as well as when we came back in at about 3:30 PM because we had not heard anything about our room. We arrived early that day at 8:30 and when we went in everyone, the place was packed so they had forgotten to text us to come back as our room was ready. Your dining room staff was the only exception that I’ll mention a gentleman by the name I think of Denny and African-American, very bright cheerful man that was amazing. He did help with some of the rudeness that we experienced throughout the entire two days that we were there would we return back to your hotel? No, would we recommend it no Sorry about the bad review but I’m being very honest. You do need to work on your staff.

Jeff in parking and from Slidell! Super outstanding young man, remember us by our first name!!! He went above and beyond!!! Everyone in parking was so incredibly kind.
