Lovely stay as always at the grand - we had our dog with us and having the dog bed and bowls in the room makes travelling with him easier. The dog treats were a nice touch too and he loved them. Central location, easy access to beach, shops, bars.

Cheaper than the Hilton Metropole, bedroom and general hotel was also in a much better condition, staff were very friendly and helpful, and above all, our dog was made very welcome. We are already planning our next trip here

Was a little underwhelmed to be honest. Its not as close to the pier as you'd think. Everything seemed a very long walk away. Prices are a bit steep for things and room service is not 24 hours.
