Th staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially in the breakfast room. The gym is amazing. Location superb. Housekeeping is sketchy at best. Too focused on getting you to check out and nowhere to be seen to get your room serviced. Sheets not changed in 8days, glasses and coffee cups never cleared and replaced - had me to wash them - room furniture never cleaned.

We booked breakfast with the room, but between Expedia and the holiday in this was denied or not passed on so we ended up with having to pay again. Poor, apart from that it was a nice stay.

The location is excellent. Just a few steps from Kensington high street tube station so easy to get around london. Beautiful and quiet area with lovely shops and cafes . The staff were all lovely and helpful . The breakfast was very good . The rooms lovely, bright and exceptionally clean . Coffee, tea and kettle in the room . My experience was excellent and I will choose to stay here again when I next come to london.

This is a big, busy hotel. The standard room was quite cramped and we had another large bed that was just 2 single beds stuck together. This is not a double/king! Jacuzzi was frothing from some poorly rinsed out cleaning fluid. No skin reaction yet, fingers crossed. Changing rooms have no locks on lockers so bring your own or risk leaving valuables.

Very displeased overall. Poor response regarding issues such as malfunctioning toilet and mold on shower curtain. Was only given option to move to a different room on my last day of week long stay. One day my room wasn’t made up at al and I was never given an explanation. Food in hotel restaurant was awful. Breakfast buffet poorly organized so by the time you run around whatever you first chose is cold.

Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor also available and the bar to serve drinks to people. The location of hotel is very well positioned, just 3 minutes aways from the tube or the main road with plenty bus options.
