Convenient and comfortable transit hotel. There’s no restaurant on-site, but an M&S foodhall is steps away. All you want really.

This hotel has no windows in the rooms. The website and expedia adverts are very misleading. Never before have I stayed in a hotel room without a window. The room was tiny, hot, claustrophobic and windowless- not to mention a fire hazard.

Simple, clean room, perfect for a layover in Heathrow. Extremely convenient for travel in- and out of terminal 3 but also, once you find your way around the massive airport, easily accessible from the other terminals (free train). Our flight was severely delayed and we were tired and hungry - although there aren’t any real food options at the hotel, we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, helping us out with (free) cookies and crisps (chips).

We enjoyed our stay, it was a little odd not having a window, felt a bit like one of those Japenese pod hotels, but it was OK. Room was warm, beds were comfy, bathroom had everything we needed and there was no noise, so we slept well 😁
