Recommanding this hotel. I just hope not all the bathroom is like ours. It was spacious and good, but the style of shower area and the arrangement of shower gels could be improved. Good place to stay and tour for the core area of great London.

Lovely clean hotel with a great dinning room used for breakfast & evening meal. Food was superb. Rooms were nice with modern bathroom. Staff were polite & welcoming. There are snacks & water available to buy in the hotel but pricey! Tesco is just up a few doors. Danny on reception was a star, had a slight hic cup with our reservation but he managed to sort the problem.

Local area is great, close to Waterloo station and attractions. The room however is very old/outdated, and lack of amenities (there were no toothbrushes and when we asked for some they could only provide one) we were on the 8th floor and the floor smelt damp. The breakfast was good.

Every staff member we encountered during our stay was so friendly and helpful. We liked the location away from hustle and bustle of “touristy” attractions. The Waterloo Station was close by as well as several restaurants. However, the Green Spot served delicious lunches and dinners as well as a variety of breakfast items each morning. The value of staying there with free breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel. Only downside was only 1 working elevator a couple of days- we got our exercise using the steps.

The rooms have very bad smell and we were forced to change 3 rooms within 5 days. It was very bad experience for us. The staffs are very good( they are cooperative and very polite) and the location of the hotel is very good as well.
