Helpful staff. Clean, well furnished room - spacious, king size, comfortable bed & good pillows, classy armchair & desk chair. Coffee machine & kettle / teas & biscuits. Fridge, iron + board, safe, sockets at sides of bed had USB chargers. Good shower, bathrobes provided. Air con / heating was efficient, but a bit noisy. Valet parking very convenient, though a little pricey (£48 per night). Didn’t use bar / restaurant apart from breakfast.

The room was quite dusty—as if it had not been used in many weeks. It was also very warm even with the heating turned off, and street noise too disruptive to open the window. On the whole a less comfortable experience than the photos and price tag suggest.

We had to find staff to get service in the lounge area by the bar. Again at breakfast, had to get up to find staff to arrange drinks. Lift was broken. Long wait to check out and only found out later we were charged twice for breakfast. Took three phone calls to get that corrected. Room was great, but overall experience was disappointing.
