We stayed for four days. Check in was a disaster. Staff we're not helpful. Kept us waiting after we did not consider their recommendation to upgrade. We got bottles of water first day. No water after that, until I requested it.

Fun in London

A wonderful place to stay. Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, great staff and great food. Alan was the best. He took care of everything for us. Tickets to everything and ordered all our cars. He was fabulous and the hotel is very lucky to have him as a concierge.

The room was nice, clean and had a great view. It wasn’t nice though to have the previous occupants room service leftovers sat outside our room the entire time. This should’ve been cleared when the room was cleaned.
