We enjoy the pool, sauna and steam room about 2pm and had it almost to ourselves. The service was impeccable, the bedding was very good quality, the bathroom well appointed, and the room recently renovated.

Nice rooms but poor service

Pool was out of action (which was the main reason we booked this hotel). Desk staff were rude and if you intend to leave your bags "ensure you arrive 30 mins before you need to collect your bags" - they won't tell you this until it comes to collection though.

Great overnight stay

Great hotel for an overnight stay with friends. Staff helpful and friendly at reception. Booked us in early as rooms available and ensured we were all had close rooms. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable.

Great location and lovely modern clean hotel. Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice, lacking a jacuzzi but otherwise modern and clean with sauna, steam rooms and jets/bubbles in the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Five out of five would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is based right in the centre of Bath, it is very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and can’t enough for you it is a walking distance from the city centre. It has a lovely swimming pool and spa would highly recommend this hotel rooms are lovely and clean with lots of amenities.

It was a christmas gift from myself &my Husband to our daughter & her Husband . Two nights break they loved it and had a great time . I was disappointed to see that the price was halved two days before their trip for exactly the same room that i had booked wish id known as could have saved my self £200
