Lovely staff down to every last one. The pool was a touch on the cold side. I was not offered ourcomplimentray drinks or room upgrade. Its nice enough for a family break woukd not recommend for a romantic break

Good but disappointed the pool is too cold to actually relax in. We came for the spa to have a relaxing weekend. The sauna and steam room are great but there is no hot pool to just sit in. The pool is too cold to lay in without needing to be moving. No decent TV either, so felt like we couldn't just relax in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient to many shops, restaurants and transport. 5-8 minute walk to everything we needed. The swim and spa facilities were great and we used twice during our stay. The first time was at 6pm, when a few families were also present. The second time was around 10am and we had the pool to ourselves. The room we had was a deluxe room and was slightly disappointed that a separate living space wasn’t included, as per the pictures, however this didn't impact our stay and the room was still very spacious.

A well located Hotel, with easy walkable access to all main spots . Very well looked after with helpful service at all time. Only downside is the lack of parking space but I think it’s calculated with the price. Highly recommended

Hotel was good and the spa was nice. Quite a simple spa and quite small but not filled with people Only issue was that we didn't get our room cleaned even though we had the sign out asking. Also, bath robes are £5 per person from the front desk.

Excellent room. Very clean, nice biscuits, Nespresso coffee machine and tea. Fridge which we used for fresh milk from the bar and a large bottle of water replenished daily. Superb bathroom with large bath and separate large shower cubicle and lots of storage space. Good complimentary toiletries. Overall an excellent stay.

A member of staff rummaged through my suitcase that I left in the luggage store. I found items in there that didn’t belong to me, my sunglasses were out of the case and all scratched and there was a broach that didn’t belong to me in one of my trainers that I cut my foot on when I put them on

We really enjoyed our stay at the Apex hotel in Bath. From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. The hotel is in a superb position, in the centre of town, walking distance to everything in Bath. The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable. Our room, a superior double, could not be faulted. Great shower & bathroom and one of the largest, most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Breakfast was a buffet style(Hot & cold options), or you could order specialist egg meals from a menu. Lots of choice and all very tasty. The restaurant has a nice buzz in the mornings without feeling crowded. The bar area is a great place to de-stress after walking around Baths many attractions. They do some lovely cocktails and have some great wines to offer as well. The basement leisure spa is a fantastic asset for the hotel. We virtually had it to ourselves in the afternoons where we enjoyed the pool, sauna & steam rooms. The massage jets in the pool zone are fantastic for stiff or aching necks, backs and legs!!! We would not hesitate to stay here again and can'twait to return to the beautiful city of Bath
