We arrived in the morning by train and were greeted warmly by staff, who then allowed us you check in early. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept immaculate including the spa and fitness room. We also enjoyed the little touches such as cookies and cold, refillable bottled water. Thanks so much for a lovely time in Bath!

That and more. Attention to detail, goodies every day in your room, popcorn, cookies, teas, sleepy tea, lavander spray forbyour pillows, lips balms, lotion to keep in your purse. Sparkle clean bathtub, showers and towels. The restaurant waitress,nice rember your name, ours was Alexia and Felix, those two are A+ associates. My only advise its to place security bar's or handicap bar in the tub, other than that. Perfect

My best friend and I enjoyed this Christmas girls trip to Bath. We were more than happy with our stay at the Apex hotel, having booked a family room with two double beds. The room was clean, comfortable and warm, which we appreciated considering the chilly weather outside. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel and did not use all of the facilities as we were busy exploring the city, however, we enjoyed late night drinks at the bar which I believe is open 24 hours for guests . In the room we especially liked the bathroom with a large bath and shower, comfortable beds, central heating, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits refilled every day and lots of sockets to charge electrical appliances. We would definitely stay here again, especially being very central to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
