The room was lively and comfortable, lots of space. The location was very central and handy for the train station. I was lucky enough to have a balcony off my room but didn’t dare bring food outside for fear of the seagulls swooping down. Even out there with a cup of tea they stopped by. Not sure what can be done about managing their presence and what they leave behind on the windows and decking.

A 2 night break in Bath. Chose the Apex as wanted to collect the duck! Friendly welcome at check in. Had a superior double room. Huge room with 6ft bed. Very comfortable. Great bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Used the pool, sauna and steam room. All very lovely. Didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on food. Did use the bar and wasn’t keen on the seating area as all very waiting room like. Hotel is well placed for all the attractions and has loads of places nearby to eat & drink.
