This is a spa hotel. There is a pool with spa jets that's very nice, but no massages or other treatments. It's a bit farther from the train station but convenient to restaurants and attractions.

We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be friendly and efficient. Our balcony room was a real bonus especially as we were staying 3 nights. The central location makes it an ideal choice for a visit to Bath. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a great experience. We opted for some balloons as a surprise for a birthday, which we’re waiting in one of the rooms upon check-in. Our check-in experience was personalised, with staff referencing what we’d done during the day, as it was noted on the pre check-in competed online, as we were arriving late. Nice to have a city hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room, which made for a nice start to the following day. Breakfast was great, with hot food made to order, along with honey from the hives on the roof of the hotel - a great touch.
