You can stand a dated property for this location. It’s not fancy, but the beds were comfortable. The desk staff were lovely and super helpful. The bathrooms were awkward and very dated, but at least the bathtub allowed for a decent shower where you could move around d without hitting a wall. I would stay again.

The location was perfect for us. I loved seeing the household cavalry exercise in Hyde Park opposite each morning. The hotel is tired throughout. It needs a thorough renovation to bring it up to date. But price reflects this. The staff were fabulous. Really helpful and friendly. I feel awful only giving three starts but did not want to misrepresent. Great price for the location, but tired.

Lovely hotel, service and breakfast were great. Rooms could do with an upgrade, in particular the bathroom with maybe showers instead of a bath and a wash basin that was higher.

The reception guy I believe Perk it is name, from India, very good and outstanding service, he is the best, but everyone else was fantastic, I really appreciate the service we received in front desk, they booked taxi to train station and was there on time, great great service .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Corus Hotel London and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable – situated right on Lancaster Gate, it offers easy access to Hyde Park, making it ideal for a morning stroll or a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. With the Lancaster Gate Underground Station just steps away, getting around London was effortless. Plus, being so close to Paddington Station made travel to and from Heathrow incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient and friendly service in the hotel’s restaurant, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. One of the highlights of staying at the Corus Hotel is its rich history. The building itself is a beautiful 200-year-old Georgian structure, which adds a charming touch of elegance. Knowing that this stunning building once served as the residence of John Tenniel, the original illustrator of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, made the experience feel even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities one would expect. The views over Hyde Park were a lovely bonus. This is our first time in Corus Hotel we stayed march 16,2025. All in all it’s ok stay. The room is clean. Though it’s functional but the bathroom really needs some work as well as the carpet outside corridor at least in 4th and 5th flr. I was thinking to move to a different room but too tired to go thru process. Breakfast is good, could be great tho… The place is near to bus stop and some restaurants, park and museums I mean it’s walkable. Staff were kind and nice. Courteous staff thanks Dante for helping us.
