Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. This hotel truly lived up to its 5 star rating. The location provided easy access to the metro, and was central and extremely safe. Plenty to do and if you do not feel like leaving the hotel, you could easily dine in as well. This hotel is worth every penny and will be the only place I stay in London when I return.

The staff was excellent and the hotel is beautiful however, we paid $916 for 2 nights and our room’s only small window overlooked the building mechanics and litter. We were overcharged for breakfast and it took two times to get the price right. What was supposed to be a splurge was disappointing
