Our stay was very pleasant, however the door to the bathroom seemed to scrape along the floor & the safe did not work, apart from this it was a lovely hotel & the staff were all super helpful & friendly.

Our room was small but that was exactly what we wanted and expected! Micro hotel! We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our time. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the lobby was good and very convenient. Getting around London from here was very simple as well!

Cheap and cheerful

If you’re looking for a safe roof over your head for a few nights then this is just what you need. A small room with a bathroom and shower. It wasn’t very spacious, but it was clean and had everything I needed for 100 quid a night.

Great place!

We booked a room without a window which I have never done before but it was a great deal and close to the tube station to get us to the o2 so we went for it. I have to say it was brilliant. Our little box room was comfortable and functional! It had everything we needed, and was clean and bright with the LED lights on. I stayed in a much more expensive hotel last week which was very disappointing so in the future I’ll be heading back here! The staff are amazing too.

Room without window

Although we paid extra for a room with a window, we were given a room without a window because hotels.com described the rooms incorrectly. The rooms were too small for 2 people to stand up. After half an hour of arguing, they provided a room with a window. Don't have high expectations about cleanliness. The location was central.

I recently stayed at your property under a reservation in my name, Jo Ballard. My check in date was 27 April, checking out on 28 April. I have never stayed at a hotel as poor as this. On arrival, we were told our room wasn't ready which is understandable. We asked to store our bags as we were in London to support someone running in the marathon and it wasn't practical to take our bags with us. We were told there was no room to store our bags which is ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel who won't agree to store bags, that is a very basic requirement from guests. After some discussion, the receptionist agreed to make room (so there clearly was room In the first place), only for us to be charged for storing bags! Charging us for what?? How can you justify a charge for something that is a basic requirement. And what is the charge for? We expected our room to be small but I requested a room with a window and paid extra for that "luxury". Not only did the window not open but it was completely frosted so it was impossible to see out of it. What is the point of having a window to them block it out?! On check in I requested 2 extra pillows And I was specific about the number of pillows needed and only 1 was brought up despite my clear request. Not only did the window not open but the aircon also did not work so our room was hot and stuffy. The shower was hot last night and barely warm this morning which is unacceptable. On checking out, I was not
