Relaxing get away

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. we upgraded to a suite, it was amazing with a large balcony and a fantastic view of the thames River. We had a complimentary mini bar, which was wonderful. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful experience, loved every aspect of it! From the wow factor of being on a luxury yacht, to the fantastic service, to the quality of the room and the food, we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The cabin was lovely, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfy. The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Alex on Reception. Sadly, the dining experience was very disappointing. The dining area was very cramped especially at breakfast, which was more like a bun-fight. We had hoped the evening dinner experience would be more luxurious; but it wasn't. It was like having a meal in a canteen. We waited for a long time before our starter arrived, as they had lost our order! However, what we did have to eat was nice; except for the cold dessert being served on a warm plate!

Property was absolutely lovely, nice and clean rooms with a great breakfast! However, we was checked into room 1004, in which the key card never worked, we spoke to a staff member who gave us his card. Around 20 minutes later, a couple entered our room as we had been double booked. We both had the same keycard for the same room. The other couple went up to reception, and I called them via the room phone. They said they would get back to me with a solution on how they would recompensate us for the issue. All they did was bring us two new keycards. Not great service but overall a great place to be.

Staff are amazing polite and friendly. Dining was lovely pulled out all the stops on valentine's night. Breakfast was lukewarm and disorganised but other than that amazing
