Great Service , Comfortable Stay

Was greeted warmly on arrival offered lemonade whilst checking in , my wife was gifted a flower and we were given discount vouchers for the bar/restaurant. Room was a great dive we had a deluxe studio , great to have a seating area and kitchenette , bed was very comfortable . Furniture was a little worn in places but clean and comfortable All staff we met were very friendly and offered fantastic service . Look forward to coming back soon .

My family of 4 arrived a couple of hours early and was able to check in and the room was ready for us. That was much appreciated after a long trip from the US. The staff was so kind and helpful for the whole stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Not so good

This hotel isn't worth the price tag. Staff have no-care for their customers & cleaners are not doing their job properly. For £200+ a night, you could stay in a Premier Inn for double the time, get better service and still afford breakfast.

I loved how easy it was to check in and out. It was spacious and the bed was pretty comfy. Having room service available late at night was great. It is also located in a great area, you can walk to nearby restaurants. There is a Polish restaurant with great drinks steps away. I will definitely make a reservation here again.

I paid extra to upgrade the room to a bigger one with some extras and a city view. The inside of the room was good, but the city view was the Waterloo station :( We also had a problem with water. It was very challenging to get cold water from the taps. The engineers came three times. In the first two, they said everything was okay and advised me to wait for some time to get cold water. It didn't work. The third engineer fixed the problem to a certain extent, but it was our second night. In short, the hotel was not worth the amount I paid. I highlighted this at the reception when checking out. They said they would raise this to the Management, but I don't think they did anything because I did not receive an email. I do not recommend this hotel. I'll stay somewhere else when I travel to London next.
