Our stay

Onsite parking, cheap compared to other hotels. Great location on the docks. All the comfortable facilities in the room. Very comfy bed and pillow. Was abit disappointed the bath room felt like it had not been properly cleaned the floor seemed to need moping and there was a hair in the bath. The room was very spacious and there are coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t have time to go to the spa and gym but this was a great added bonus. Very nice hotel and everything was thought about.

Had a great stay at the hotel, room was amazing, service was great only thing was the spa visit was a bit disappointing as not many places to hang towels or gowns so everyone just put them on beds but werent actually using them so then you couldnt find any when you wanted to have some chill time. Also felt cold when you were out of the pool and half of the jacuzzi seats werent working in the pool so overall was disappointed this all cost an extra £40 onto our stay to use as definitely wasn't worth it.

Overall my stay at the hotel titanic was nice and Pleasant. Good facilities in the hotel. I did eat at the Stanley bar and grill and felt that the service could have been better. There were delays in taking my food orders and clearing our plates from the table as we were ready to order our dessert. It’s a shame as the food taste very nice but let down by the service.

This was our 4th visit to the hotel. It’s a lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are large & very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. Cannot fault a thing.

The hotel is a little way from the city centre but is oh so worth it. The hotel is a former rum warehouse and it was great to see so many of the original features had been preserved. Room was very large and well furnished. Bar area had a good atmosphere, the restaurant menu had a good selection, I had the lamb pasta which was excellent. Highly recommend paying to use the spa, not too busy, very relaxing.

We had a great experience. The hotel service was great, food of a higher standard. The room warm, friendly, inviting. Great space and lovely atmosphere. The only downside was the distance from the city events. No faults with the hotel and service.

We had the most amazing stay at The Titanic hotel back in Feb. We stayed midweek and had a great time. The room was massive and the bed so comfortable! Spacious bathroom with ‘his & here’ double sink. Large shower and bath. We paid extra to use the spa facilities however didn’t really rate this. Felt it was a little bit overbooked for the amount of space available. Would definitely stay again and recommend the Titanic hotel to others but wouldn’t visit the spa again.

An amazing stay, highly recommended

Absolutely amazing stay. We were treated incredibly well by the team, including Manager. Stacey. We cannot thank them enough for making us feel really special. Thank you so much. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. The room was incredible; cleanliness spot on, amenities were great. The bed is also incredibly comfortable. And we had a really nice evening meal in Stanley’s Bar, followed by breakfast - both definitely worth doing! Highly recommend

Superb hotel but….

Superb hotel. Just a shame there is no mini bar or dressing gowns. Carpet ripped in our room, questionable staines on the futon menus stained in Stanley’s restaurant. Queue for coffee machine. Just missing some refinement. Shame

Couldn’t get in spa

The overall stay was good, however we couldn’t book the spa as soon as we got there be tried and we couldn’t book treatments either which was the whole point of why we booked here. It wasn’t mentioned prior we had to book in advance
