This was our first time in London and we were very excited about this hotel. We were excited about its location being so close to the Tower Bridge and The Tower of London. When we read the description about the hotel online we couldn't wait to get to this luxurious hotel. When we arrived, we were quite surprised. The lobby is nice, however, the staff will constantly try to upsell you. We booked a mini suite since it said it would have a stocked fridge and more room. We actually added another booking for this hotel at the end of our stay because we extended our trip, so we booked a "normal" room. Well, the suite was not sweet. It was small, windows barely opened, no AC, no central air, so you had to rely on the wind blowing just right to cool off the room. The "stocked fridge" was barely stocked. Had one Coke, one Diet Coke, one Gin in Tonic can, one Sparkling Water, and one Regular water. That's it. I asked if we could get it stocked with more drinks and stocked for two people (we both like Coke), and they said no. The room wasn't that nice either. The bed felt as stiff as a plank of wood, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The bathtub was clogged, and when I brought this up to the front desk, they said they would send someone, but the tub was never fixed. When we switched rooms to the "Normal" room, it was the SAME SIZE. The only difference is that the fridge was not stocked. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Everything was falling apart in the room and did nothing.
