The room was not of a high standard of cleanliness and there was a bad smell throughout the room. Marks on the walls, furnishing and flooring and rusting and peeling materials around the room. Incredibly disappointing for the price of £255 for two nights and incredibly deceptive from the photographs. I had to book into another hotel as the experience was so distressing and unclean.

First room did not have a seperate bathroom & shower cubicle was next to beds which did not like plus toilet space was tiny & like being locked inside a cupboard, not safe for disabled person. Had to ask reception to change to a disabled access room & explain why. Two Single beds & a stupid piece of wood inbetween, in a disabilty room is actually not a good design for a person who can bang head on that piece of wood. Pls take epilepsy & Seizures into consideration & remove this piece of Wood !!!

£180.00 for one night. Mother and two late teenage children. Booked weeks in advance, With a single bunk bed, above a double bed, see through shower, in the same room , no privacy to a shower. Toilet with one step in before you arrive at the toilet. Reception staff miserable on checking in. Poor value for money. Given where it is situated and what the room entailed. 2 towels for three people , must I continue . I think you get the idea . Won’t be back. Unfortunately I was expecting a little more with the room. And atleast a private shower.

All about location with this hotel. 15 mins walk from Piccadilly but considerably cheaper than more central hotels. Basic room. Uncomfortable beds. Not cleanest bed linen. Did the job for a concert at the Co-op Live venue so only needed somewhere to sleep

The room was small but it’s somewhere to sleep for one night. We paid for a larger bed and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was good value with unlimited coffee. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only good thing about the room was that it was clean. We had a bunk bed over our heads for some strange reason, the toilet was smaller than a broom cupboard and the air conditioner whined that loud it was better than any alarm clock !

Clean room, good shower, staff very helpful, only a small Londis shop next door, otherwise a Dominos, Costa, small bar nearby & a non chain pizza/chicken/fries/ice cream takeaway/cafe. Good heating/air conditioning in room.
