Excellent location 5 minute walk to Paddington Station. Enjoyed a Sunday roast lunch at Sawyers Arms pub 2 minute walk from hotel. Also enjoyed a great pizza at a restaurant next to the pub. The hotel is located in 2 buildings across the road from each other. Elevator is located inside a bar below our hotel room-unusual but the bartenders were friendly. Full English breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. The staff attending the breakfast room were very helpful. I had a custom egg cooked for me daily and delicious hot chocolate. A hearty breakfast each morning was a great way to start our day of sightseeing! The staff was helpful. The decor is a bit quirky but we weren’t in London to sit in a hotel. Yes the bathroom is small but it met our needs just fine. We had a room with small fridge, microwave, sink, and kettle. All very convenient.

What a super hotel experience. Everyone was so helpful and professional. The staff at the reception desk were top notch, big help on advice for booking a day trip and getting around London. The room was spacious and clean, large towels and a 24 tea/ coffee service always stocked and convenient. The hot and cold breakfast was a great way to start the day, terrific staff there also I will stay there on my next trip to London Thanks again

Enkelt men alldeles okej! Vi hade trebäddsrum på 4:e våningen. Lugnt och tyst. Hiss fanns, funkade bra. Litet kylskåp och AC fanns på rummet. Gratis kaffe i receptionen och vattenkokare/te på rummet. Badrummet var ganska litet, men funkade bra och det fanns duschkräm, schampo o balsam. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen. Frukost 7-10. Gott om plats och över förväntan vad som erbjöds. Varmt (toast, bacon, korv o. ägg) och kallt (lite olika bröd, ost, skinka, marmelader, yoghurt, flingor) olika juicer, kaffe och te samt frukt. Bra tyckte vi. Läget är också bra, nära Paddington Station och ca 15 min. promenad till Oxford street.

Stayed at this Hotel previously. Was offered an upgrade to a newly refurbished room on arrival for a small charge, which I accepted and was not disappointed. Member of staff was very freindly and helpful. The new rooms are really good. Breakfast was as good as last visit. Would very much recommend this Hotel...

Great for the one night

As some others have mentioned, this is a great spot for a quick stay, but maybe not extended. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and convenient. It feels a little small, so if you're claustrophobic, it may not be for you. I had a great room with a queen sized bed that they upgraded me to. It's a little different than what I'm used to, but it was close to transit and a lot of places that were open late, given my late arrival. Even got a free drink at the bar around the corner. I would recommend a short stay here any time you're around Paddington.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are tiny but comfortable- espresso machine, tiny fridge, a place to hang our clothes and a little bench. The exposed brick and soft, colorful lighting were nice touches. The daily breakfast and the friendly staff were incredible. The location couldn’t have been any better, right near a huge park and the tube station. It was very homey. The cons: no shower door, so the entire bathroom got wet when in use. The bed had a lumpy, spring mattress and left your body pretty sore. The tv didn’t work until the last night of our stay, and we really enjoy unwinding to a show after a long day of exploring, so that was a huge bummer. I would definitely book again!!!
