Clean and comfortable rooms.

Amazing, clean and comfortable hotel in Canary Wharf. The room was really spacious , the cushions very comfortable (puffy and huge), mattress were firm and so much space when compared to traditional hotel rooms with two side by side beds

Family trip made excellent by exceptional service

Maisha in particular was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us with a smile on her face and went above beyond for the duration of our stay. She was exceptional. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful too. The Easter egg hunt for the children was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, but lacked variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay with the family and I would return.

I had trouble confirming an early check-in and reserving a room for the night before so that I could check-in on arrival. Staff was not helpful in this regard. In fact, my email about this went without a response prior to my arrival. I appreciated being given access to the Executive Lounge to wait for available room. I am a former Marriott employee and think I could have resolved this if I had received the request. Fruit bowl was a nice gesture, but several items were moldy or rotting. Took too long to respond to foam pillow request. Overall, staff pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Fantastic experience.

We came down to London with our grandson. We took him to.mind craft experience. Then we went to the arsenal stadium and watched the the ladies match. Hotel was outstanding. Staff could not do enough for you and they certainly made our grandson enjoy his stay with the Easter egg hunt in our room.and food was amazing. We will certainly visit again.

We were celebrating our son’s 18th and the Hilton had put some balloons in our room and gave us access to the Executive lounge which was lovely. Breakfast was also excellent.

The room are really nice. The breakfast was good. The shower was broken and the door wouldn’t close. So water went everywhere. I had to dry up the floor with spare towels

The location was fine for us allowing us to travel into central London with small children. We liked the children’s Easter actives and sweets provided for children and the breakfast kids station of waffles and pancakes went down well with our family. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The member of staff who made the omelettes was very kind and attentive. Another member of the waitress team was lovely and offered my daughter a hot chocolate which she absolutely loved. The rooms require a major revamp and furniture and colours were very mismatched but we were very grateful for the staff who serviced our room each day. However wardrobe in our room was very smelly - made my clothes smell of musky greasy food! Not sure why this was but requires looking into. The the evening meal food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. The chips were hard and the fish was poor quality in taste and flavour. My daughter however loved the pasta and the cottage pie was a hit. The bar was a nice area and staff helpful - maybe an area providing boardgames would be a suggestion (families traveling with children). Would we stay again? Yes if we received a good deal.

Nice weekend stay

Nice hotel with excellent service & good food. Upgrade to Executive room gave access to Executive Lounge with good complimentary food & drinks. Room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, but no sofa & only 1 armchair, no bathrobes / slippers, and shower hose detached from shower head (reported on checkout). Excellent underground parking.
