浴室花灑水非常小，本人中長度頭髮，結果只是清洗乾淨洗髮精要15分鐘，第二天早上向酒店方反應情況，但維修人員即使在房間外弄大掣即無補於事，反應事件，等候時間加修理時間，花了個多小時。酒店方答應換房，但要多住原本方間一天。甘當然本人要再花時間執行李及depack 。另亦想提一件小事，回港當天為夜機，要擺行李在酒店，他們是要收費的，如此做法實有點小家子。
水�龍頭有破損之處，不知是否影響到水勢大小
牆紙有補釘
冷氣機如此處置，不算涼快，加上呢間房應該好有問題，第二間房較到3無好大聲，呢間房係嘈到無可能瞓亦唔涼。

Reception staff very good. Bell boys not very familiar with facilities available in hotel. They were not very helpful. Room clean but wood furniture worn/dated could do with an update looks about 30 yrs old. Hotel in good location as only few mins walk away.

Good location but old hotel

Very conveniently located and was good value for location and room size. Hotel is quite dated, like 20-30y since last renovation but good service and room was spacious. They could at least upgrade the pillows, would make a big difference, long flat and lumpy. Staff was lovely

Same old same old

Our stay was good. Only thing there were some things different like no little spoon to stir coffee. No plastic on the bins. The room heater/cooler was making a loud sound, maybe you should check that with an electrician.

Why was no recycling available? Most hotel rooms have 2 bins now, one for recyclables and one for landfill. Copthorne Tara should have that too. But it’s excellent that you will soon have hotel bicycles. When they are working it will be fantastic.
