Great hotel, central location, excellent facility

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is very centrally located with easy access to everything. It’s a lovely hotel with great facilities. We had a beautiful studio room that we received as upgrade at checkin with instant access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely use it again when we are in London.

The property is in a great location. Easy walking from many landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant, Joel, was very good. The hotel has a happening bar area, although it does get pretty crowded and loud.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful clean suite with plenty of room for two people. Great location. My only bad experience was with check in. We were a little early and our room wasn’t ready. Which we understood. We were supposed to get a text/call when it was ready. We never did. Our luggage was not in our room as promised. And we had to call down to front desk three times to have our water and wine delivered. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. Would stay there again.

I've always wanted to stay here - we usually stay at the cheaper Premier Inn across the river. I appreciated the big bed and good room temp control. But I was really disappointed - I thought the hallways and room was a bit tired. We only had a small internal window so no natural light. It really wasn't worth the money and I was expecting something much nicer.

A 3-star Raddisson Masquerading as something more

Similar to the massive Times Square hotels. Crowded lobby and elevators, loud, etc. Service is mediocre—one has to pay at the door for room service (they won’t charge it to the room); housecleaning didn’t come until late afternoon, and never refilled the drinking water; difficult to get someone from the front desk in the phone; no plug adaptors to lend guests; closet was full of dust; the towels were the lowest quality possible; the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in my shower were all empty and never got filled.

Perfect location across the bridge in westminister with the best views of the Tower of London. We got a really nice suite and was very comfortable. The Santander bikes around the corner, taxi stop oat the door, Starbucks coffee and restaurants 1 block away are a better quality and value for the money than the hotel restaurant that I encountered expensive for the normal quality of service and food they offer. I recommend the bakery 2 blocks away that is stunning is called GAIL’s

Loved the room we had for our family. The living room and bedroom were separated by the bathroom. It was convenient to the touristy locations we wanted to hit up. The room service was also incredibly handy and fast, which is important when traveling with kids. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. My suite room on the 10th floor had a view of the London Eye as described in the room’s description. My two daughters and I loved our room, having the option of including the breakfast was so worth the extra fee, and the perfect location so close to popular sights and transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great spot. Plenty of places to eat near by. Transportation right outside the property. Primos was great ate there few times. Sushi was good. Breakfast was good but same time everyday was a big bored.
