The big reason i booked the location is because of the shuttle service from the airport, mall abd train station. The bed was very hard, the ground was softer. The blanket smelled bad and the AC doesnt work.

The staff was unhelpful or completely uneducated on its own services. We arrived in the evening and were told there was nowhere in the hotel to get something to eat or drink. After a search, we found a restaurant and a small shop that served hot food

there were dead mosquitos squish onto the walls and live ones flying around. the carpets felt noticing dirty to walk on and there was mold on the hair dryer core. but besides this the room was very spacious and the amenities were great for the price.

The power plugs by the beds did not work. This was a known issue to the hotel. The plugs are a part of aged furniture that the hotel has not upgraded or thrown away. The staff was very helpful and gave us an extension cord (the lonhgest they have but too short tonreach the bedside)

The shuttle service was definitely needed, very far from the town. It was nice to have the shuttle to and from the airport and the train station. However it ran hourly so if you missed it you’d have to wait. Cafe had limited hours so was closed often. There’s a small store in the hotel with some packaged foods and souvenirs which was convenient.

Same number people at the counter but takes twice as long using self service check in system which tourists can’t easy use and frustrating after a long tiring journey. Japan used to be the land of service. Sometimes technology isn’t better. Otherwise hotel fine and value for money
