They started drilling and doing huge renovations at 9am in the morning during my visit. During my check out the elevator was turnt off from 4am. They provided no solution to these issues

Good Hotel

It was a great stay. Granted they are renovating so they have coners everywhere. Staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was very clean and smeled really good. It is really close to Universal which i really liked. The breakfast area was small and the pool area was closed. There was not a microwave in the room, that would have been great to have, that way i don't have to go to the breakfast room and use the microwave there every time I needed to heat something up

The hotel is in the process of transitioning to a Hilton Brand. You live on a construction site. Apart from the adjacent interstate you have the noise and dirt. Staff obviously expect to lose their jobs. Unmotivated. The room itself was OK and clean.

Property is state of dis/repair lobby, elevator, common ares either closed for renovation or dilapidated. Although the room had been renovated it was a second class job mixing the new and old. The renovation and deficiencies were not disclosed at time of booking
