wonderful hotel

The hotel is wonderful, the room is cleaned daily with excellence! After checking out, I forgot 4 gold rings in the sink in the room and I remembered in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and they returned all the rings to me!! In addition to being an excellent hotel, it is a super trustworthy and safe place! I recommend it to everyone!

Great stay

We spent a great 10 days here. The room was ideal for our family of 4. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the convenience of having the café for meals and snacks before and after visiting the parks. The transfer to Universal parks was really useful too. An all-round great choice.

Check-in was nice, very long wait, low number of staff. No one greeting or directing line. No promised early check-in arrived at 9:00 am. Waited all day in lobby, received cards around 3:45pm. Came a long way, offered to pay for room use. Diabetic and was very frustrated. Office was not helpful until I texted. Text was nice, reassuring our stay would be great. Tipped cleaners very well great job. Overall, very nice stay. Please get more checkin staff to accommodate full hotel.
